Ingredients

- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Stalk Celery -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 6 Stalks Swiss Chard -- Chopped
- 2 Cans Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
- 4 Medium Eggs
- 1 Cup Romano Cheese
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth

Directions
|
Saute onions, celery, carrots and garlic in oil until onion is browned. Add chard, tomatoes and jalapeno. Saute for 5 minutes. Add broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Whisk in eggs. Simmer for 5 minutes. Do not boil Serve sprinkled with cheese.
