Ingredients

- 3 Pounds Pork Roast -- Whole
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- Olive Oil
- 2 Pounds Potates -- In Large Pieces

Directions
|
Mix garlic with rosemary, salt and pepper. Rub mixture into roast. Sprinkle with olive oil and roast in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Baste frequently. Add potatoes around the roast and bake for another 30 minutes. Slice up the roast and serve.
