- 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese -- fat free
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese -- fat free
- 2 Tablespoons Nonfat Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese -- grated
- 2 Medium Scallions -- finely chopped
- 1 Small Roasted Red Bell Pepper -- chopped
