Italian   -   Cannelloni Ripieni   adapted from Culinaria Italy

  • 1 Pound Cannelloni Pasta -- Cooked As Directed
  • 1 Pound Beef -- Cubed
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • Nutmeg -- To Taste
  • 1 Cup Romano Cheese -- Grated
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Medium Eggs -- Beaten
Directions Simmer beef in 1 cup water for 30 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stuff cannelloni with meat mixture and place into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. If you have any leftover meat sauce. Pour over the pasta. Drizzle the oil over the pasta and cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Pour eggs over the pasta and cook for another 5 minutes, until a golden crust forms. Serve.
