Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Beef -- Cubed
- Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Bottle Red Wine
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- Nutmeg -- To Taste

Directions
|
Toss beef in flour and saute in butter until well browned. Add onions and saute until browned. Add wine and simmer for 2 hours. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
