Ingredients

- 2 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Leek -- Chopped
- 2 Stalks Celery -- Chopped
- 1 Bunch Parsley -- Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Pound Pork -- Cubed
- 8 Ounces Red Wine
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Pound Gnocchi -- Cooked As Directed
- 1/4 Pound Ricotta Cheese

Directions
|
Saute vegetables in oil until browned. Add meat and brown well. Pour in red wine and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix pasta with ricotta and pour sauce over. Serve.
