Ingredients
|
- 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 4 Tablespoons Club Soda
- 1 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Cups Ajvar -- see recipe

Directions
|
Mix everything except soda & onion well. Gradually work in club soda. Form meat into 40 small meatballs. Place 4 meatballs on each skewer. Broil quckly on both sides, 2-3 inches from flame until done. Serve with onion and ajvar.
