Italian   -   Chocolate Brioche Loaf   adapted from Ethnic Breads

  • 1 3/4 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 2/3 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 3 Medium Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Water
Directions Place all ingredients in bread machine in order that is suggested by manual and process on the bread cycle recommended by the manual.
