Italian   -   Creamy Chicken Fettuccine   adapted from Chicken Cookbook

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Pound Fettuccine
  • 1 Pound Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 1/4 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/4 Cups Parmesan Cheese -- coarsely grated
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- minced
  • 2 Teaspoons Basil -- crushed
Directions 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain & keep warm.
2. Cut chicken into strips, brown in 2 TBSP butter, drain on paper towel.
3. Heat remaingin butter in pan, add cream, stir until boiling..
4. Add chicken, cheese, pepper, garlic and basil, stir until heated through.
5. Serve over pasta.
Serves 4
