Italian   -   Easy Beef Mostaccioli   adapted from Betty Crockers New International Cookbook

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Onion -- chopped
  • 1 Large Green Pepper -- chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Cups Mostaccioli -- uncooked
  • 3 Cups Tomato Juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Directions saute beef, onion, green pepper and garlic. drain grease. stir in remaining ingredients. boil. reduce heat. cover, simmer 20 minutes, uncover, simmer 10 more minutes.
Serves 4
