Italian   -   Homemade Itallian Style Sausage   adapted from classic pasta

  • 1 Pound Ground Pork
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic -- minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Dry White Wine
Directions Combine ingredients thoroughly with your hands. Cover and refrigerate at least overnight before using. May be frozen for future use.
