Italian   -   Italian Sausage Rolls   adapted from Kitchen Witch's Cookbook

  • 1 Loaf Frozen Bread Dough -- thawed
  • 1 Pound Homemade Itallian Style Sausage
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic -- chopped
  • 2 Eggs -- beaten
  • 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese -- grated
  • 1/2 Pound Mozzarella Cheese -- grated
  • 1 Pound Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- chopped
  • Pepper -- to taste
Directions Preheat oven according to frozen dough package. Brown the sausage with garlic and drain off fat. Beat remaining ingredients except dough in a medium bowl, then stir in sausage mixture. Split the loaf lengthwise, Make an indentation in the bread and fill with mixture. Seal by pinching the edges together. Bake according to directions on bread dough package. cut into 7 slices and serve.
Variation; american cheese or eliminate one of the cheeses with out harmining the flavor
