Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Onion -- Sliced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper -- Chopped
  • 2 Medium Carrot -- Sliced
  • 1 Medium Zucchini -- Sliced
  • 1 Bunch Broccoli -- Chopped
  • 1 Head Cauliflower -- Chopped
  • 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 2 Cups Red Wine
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Teaspoons Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 Teaspoons Parsley -- Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese -- Grated
Directions Heat oil in pan, add onion, garlic, both peppers and carrots. Saute for 5 minutes. Add zucchini and saute for 2 minutes. Stir in broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, wine, honey, basil, oregano, parsley and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Serve with parmesan cheese.
