Ingredients
  • 2 Large Fennel Bulbs -- chopped
  • 1 Pound Broccoli -- chopped
  • 4 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese -- cubed
  • 12 Ounces Marinated Artichoke Hearts -- drained
  • 1 Can Black Olives -- drained & chopped
  • 1 Jar Marinated Mushrooms -- undrained
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions Combine dressing ingredients and shake well. Combine all other ingredients in large salad bowl. Top with dressing and toss. Cover and chill 2 hours.
Serves 8
