Ingredients

- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Bunch Parsley -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Pound Swordfish -- Cubed
- 4 Ounces White Wine
- 2 Pounds Sedanini Or Short Pasta -- Cooked As Directed
- 12 Large Mint Leaves -- Chopped

Directions
|
Saute tomatoes, garlic and parsley in oil for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add fish and wine, simmer for 20 minutes. Add pasta to sauce, toss well, sprinkle with mint and serve.
