Italian - Pasta E Fagioli Alla Clementina

Ingredients
|
- 2 Cups Kidney Beans -- Cooked
- 1/2 Pound Pork -- Cubed
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Cans Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 1 Cup Acini Pepe Or Other Small Pasta
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- Olive Oil
- Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth

Directions
|
Place pork and onion in stock pot and saute slowly for 30 minutes until very browned. Add beans, tomatoes, salt, pepper and broth. Bring soup to a simmer for 30 minutes. Add pasta and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve drizzled with olive oil and cheese.
