Italian   -   Pasta In A Tomato Butter Sauce   adapted from classic pasta

  • 2 Lbs Tomatoes -- chopped
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion -- chopped
  • Salt -- to taste
  • 1 Pound Spaghetti
  • Parmesan Cheese -- to taste
Directions cook pasta as directed. add all ingredients except cheese and pasta to pan. simmer for 30 minutes until onion is done and tomatoes have reduced. serve over pasta and top with cheese.
