Ingredients

- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Onion -- chopped
- 2 Ounces Tempeh Bacon -- chopped
- 1 Large Tomato -- chopped
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Sage -- chopped
- 2 Cups Cannellini Beans -- cooked
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1 Pound Penne -- cooked

Directions

Saute in oil onion nad tempeh bacon. about 5 minutes. Add tomato and sage, cook 2 minutes. Add beans, reduce heat to low, add remaining ingredients except penne. Cook 2 minutes. Serve over penne.
