Ingredients
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion -- chopped
  • 2 Ounces Tempeh Bacon -- chopped
  • 1 Large Tomato -- chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Sage -- chopped
  • 2 Cups Cannellini Beans -- cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 1 Pound Penne -- cooked
Directions Saute in oil onion nad tempeh bacon. about 5 minutes. Add tomato and sage, cook 2 minutes. Add beans, reduce heat to low, add remaining ingredients except penne. Cook 2 minutes. Serve over penne.
