Italian   -   Penne With Creamy Tomato Sauce   adapted from contadina

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion -- chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons White Wine
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Half And Half
  • 8 Ounces Penne -- cooked
  • 1 Cup Black Or Green Olives -- sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Medium Green Onions -- sliced
Directions In skillet, saute onion in oil, until onion is tender. add wine and cook for 1 minute, stir in remaining ingredients except green onions. heat through. sprinkle with green onions.
