Italian   -   Pesce Spada In Salmoriglio (Grilled Marinated Swordfish)   adapted from Culinaria Italy

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 Bunch Parsley -- Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Capers
  • 4 Large Swordfish Steaks
Directions Mix oil, lemon juice, oregano, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add capers and stir well. Sprinkle swordfish with olive oil and grill for 5 minutes per side. Sprinkle with oregano, caper mixture and serve.
