- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 1 Bunch Parsley -- Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Capers
- 4 Large Swordfish Steaks

Directions
|
Mix oil, lemon juice, oregano, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add capers and stir well. Sprinkle swordfish with olive oil and grill for 5 minutes per side. Sprinkle with oregano, caper mixture and serve.
