Italian   -   Pizza Fondue   adapted from New International Fondue Cookbook

Ingredients
  • 1 Small Onion -- chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- minced
  • 1/4 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Jar Pizza Sauce -- 10 1/2 ounces
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Fennel Seed -- ground
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano -- crushed
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese -- shredded
  • Bread Sticks
Directions Brown meat, onion & garlic, drain. Add pizza sauce and herbs, heat until bubbly, add cheese and stir until smooth. Transfer to fondue pot to serve.
