Italian   -   Rice Italiante   adapted from The Complete Around the World Cookbook

  • 4 Cups Hot Cooked Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter -- melted
  • 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese -- grated
  • 1/3 Cup Swiss Cheese -- grated
  • Black Pepper -- coarsely ground
  • 1/2 Cup Cream -- hot
Directions 1. Combine rice with melted butter and cheeses. Mix thoroughly, being sure rice is well coated.
2. Pour hot cream over all, top with pepper and serve at once.
Serves 6
