Italian   -   Saltimbocca   adapted from chicken breasts

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sage
  • 2 Whole Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 Pound Prosciutto -- thinly sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons Dry White Wine
  • 4 Pieces Mozzarella Cheese
Directions Sprinkle breasts with sage. Cook them until done. top with ham nad cheese allow cheese to melt, add wine, salt & pepper and butter and make a sauce out of that, sitr well and pour over chicken.
