Italian   -   Shrimp & Artichokes With Fettucine   adapted from unknown

  • 8 Ounces Fettucine -- uncooked
  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Chives
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Package Frozen Cooked Shrimp -- thawed
  • 1 Jar Artichoke Hearts -- undrained
  • 3 Ounces Cream Cheese
Directions Cook noodles as directed and drain. Mix remaining ingredients in same saucepan, cooking over low heat until cream cheese melts. Toss with the fettucine.
Serves 4
