Italian   -   Spaghetti All'amatriciana (Spaghetti With Tomato)   adapted from Culinaria Italy

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Pound Bacon -- Chopped
  • 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
  • 14 Ounces Spaghetti
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Romano Cheese
Directions Saute bacon in oil for 5 minutes. Ad tomatoes and jalapeno. Saute for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook pasta as directed. Pour sauce over pasta and top with cheese.
