Italian   -   Spezzatino Di Maiale (Pork Goulash)   adapted from Culinaria Italy

  • 2 Pounds Pork -- Cubed
  • 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
  • 5 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
  • 2 Cans Tomatoes -- Chopped
Directions Saute meat in oil until well browned. Add rosemary and garlic, saute for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add jalapeno and tomatoes. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with rice or noodles.
