Italian   -   Spinach Ravioli Filling   adapted from creative food processor cooking

  • 3/4 Pound Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Pound Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese -- grated
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil
  • 2 Medium Eggs
Directions place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. refrigerate or use at once.
