Italian   -   Sun-Dried Tomato And Cheese Pizza   adapted from Betty Crockers New International Cookbook

  • 2 Cans Pizza Crust
  • 2 Cups Sun-Dried Tomatoes Spread
  • 1 Cup Black Olives -- sliced
  • 3/4 Pound Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
  • 4 Ounces Parmesan Cheese -- shredded
  • 2 Cans Artichoke Hearts -- sliced
  • 4 Cloves Roasted Garlic
Directions heat oven to 425. Grease a 15x10 by 1 inch baking pan. unroll dough in pan starting in center. bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until light golden brown. top with remaining ingredients. bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serves 8
