Italian   -   Tagliatelle Al Proscuitto   adapted from Culinaria Italy

  • 1 Pound Tagliatelle Pasta -- Bow Ties
  • 6 Ounces Prosciutto -- Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Small Onion -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese -- Optional
Directions Cook pasta as directed. Saute prosciutto and onion in butter until onion is browned. Add pasta, salt and pepper. Reheat and serve topped with parmesan.
