Italian   -   Tonno Alla Marinara (Tuna With Olives)   adapted from Culinaria Italy

  • 4 Large Tuna Steak
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Cans Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 1 Bunch Basil -- Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Green Olive -- Pitted
  • 2 Tablespoons Capers
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs
Directions Sprinkle fish with oil and place in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the fish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve.
