Jamaican - Jamaican Jerk Pork

Ingredients
|
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Vinegar
- 1 Medium Habenero
- 4 Large Scallions -- chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Allspice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 3 Medium Bay Leaves
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 Pounds Pork

Directions
|
Combine all in bowl but pork. Mix well and pour over pork. Marinate in refrigerator over night. Grill over charcoal or indoors under broiler until done.
