2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

Salt And Pepper -- to taste

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

3 Tablespoons White Vinegar

2 Small Shallots -- chopped

3/4 Cup Olive Oil

1 Bunch Fresh Marjoram -- chopped

1 Ounce Ginger Root -- grated

Directions Combine, whisk and serve with Salade Tropicale
