Japanese - Beef Bowl

Ingredients

- 6 Cups Cooked Rice
- 1/2 Pound Beef -- thinly sliced
- 1 Medium Onion -- thinly sliced
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Dark Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Mirin
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Ginger Juice

Directions
|
In large wok, heat oil, stir fry onion 5 minutes. Add beef, cook util no longer red. Add water, soy sauce, mirin and ginger juice. cook 1 minute. Serve over rice.
