Japanese - Foil Cooked Enokitake Mushrooms

Ingredients

- 2 Bunches Enoki Mushrooms
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Small Lemon -- thinly sliced
- 5 Sprigs Parsley -- or cilantro
|

Directions
|
Cut off spongy enoki mushroom root. Use the butter to boil a large square of foil. Place mushrooms in center. Top with anothe pat of botter, lemon, sprinkle on greens. Fold up carefully. Bake at 475* for 5 minutes.
