Japanese - Japanese Chicken Burgers

Ingredients

- 1/2 Pound Ground Chicken
- 1 Large Green Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Large Shiitake Mushrooms -- finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger Root -- grated
- 1 Tablespoon Sake
- 1 Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Medium Lemon -- quartered
- Flour -- for dusting

Directions
|
Combine all ingredients except lemon & flour. Form into 4 evenly sized rectangular patties, about 1/4 thick on baking sheet. Dust lightly with flour. Bake in oven at 350* for about 20 minutes until done, turn once.
