Ingredients
|
- 7 Ounces Shiitake Mushrooms -- sliced
- 1/2 Cup Sake
- 1/2 Cup Dark Soy Sauce
|

Directions
|
Mix sake and soy sauce in sauce pan. Add mushrooms, cover and simmer over low heat until liquid is amost gone. Serve.
