Ingredients

- 4 Fillets Salmon
- Oil -- for frying
- 2 Tablespoons Sake
- 1 Cup Daikon -- grated
- 1 Small Egg -- beaten
- 1 Pinch Salt
- ~~Sauce~~
- 1 Cup Dashi
- 2 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Mirin
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons Cornstarch -- mixed with
- 2 Teaspoons Water
- 1 Medium Lemon -- quartered

Directions
|
Salt salmon, place in lighly oiled frying pan, fry 3 minutes total, turning once. Mix daikon, sake, egg and salt. Spoon this over salmon pieces that have been laid in bamboo steamer. Steam this 5 minutes. In medium saucepan, combine sauce ingredients except lemon, bring to boil, allow to thicken remove from heat. Place salomon and daikon on plate, spoon sauce over, squeeze lemon over.
