- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Pound New Potatoes
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 8 Ounces Shiitake Mushrooms -- Sliced
- Salt And Pepper
- 2 Large Scallion -- Chopped

Directions
|
saute potatoes and garlic in butter for 10 minutes. add mushrooms, simmer 8 minutes. sprinkle wih salt and pepper, saute 5 minutes, sprinkle with scallions and serve.
