Japanese - Spinach With Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
|
- 1 Pound Spinach -- parboiled and choppe
- 4 Tablespoons White Sesame Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Dark Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Dashi
|
|
Directions
|
Toast sesame seeds then put hot seeds into a mortar and crush. Add sugar. Add soy sauce and dashi. Mix with an almost whipping action. Put spinach in the dressing. With a very light touch mix carefully.
