Japanese - Tempeh Teriyaki

Ingredients
|
- 1/2 Cup Tamari Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger -- grated
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 1 Pound Tempeh -- diced
- 2 Cups Rice -- cooked

Directions
|
Combine all but rice in shallow bowl. Marinate 2 hours. Drain and reserve marinade. Saute tempeh in large skillet until brown, about 5 minutes. Add marinade, simmer 5 mintues. Serve over hot rice.
