Korean   -   Fresh Mushroom Mix   adapted from Korean recipe name: Pusud Muchim

  • 1/2 Pound Mushrooms -- large
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Jalapeno -- chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
Directions Slice mushrooms, saute with he sal in he olive oil for 2 mintues. Add garlic and pepper, fry for 2 more minutes. Stir in sesame oil, remove from heat. Cool to room temperature, serve with rice.
Serves 3
