Korean   -   Ham And Pepper With Noodles   adapted from unknown

  • 4 Ounces Cooked Ham Or Pork -- julienned
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper -- julienned
  • 2 Medium Carrots -- julienned
  • 1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 16 Teaspoons Water
  • 8 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Chile Puree
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
Directions Saute in oil, pepper, carrots and ham. Combine sauce ingredients in a cup and blend. Cook and drain noodles as per package directions. Top noodles with ham mixture, top with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
