Korean - Miniature Meat Pancakes (Tongurangteng)

Ingredients
|
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Medium Egg -- beaten
- 1 Cup Water
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 2 Medium Scallion -- finely chopped
- 3 Ounces Pork -- chopped
- 1 Small Carrot -- grated
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil -- for frying

Directions
|
Mix everything together except oil using just enough water to make a thick batter. Heat oil in skillet and drop in 1 heaping tablepoon of batter. Press batter down into the shape of a pancake. Lightly brown over moderate heat for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with the sauce of your choice.
