Korean - Mixed Mushroom Dish (Neutari Beoseot Bokgum)

Ingredients
|
- 1 Pound Mixed Mushrooms -- any kind
- 3 Ounces Beef -- stripped
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 3 Medium Scallion -- finely chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
- 1 Small Carrot -- finely chopped
- 1 Bunch Watercress -- finely chopped
- 1 Large Scrambled Egg -- cooked & sliced thin
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

Directions

Combine meat with soy sauce, sugar, green onion, garlic, sesame seeds, salt and sesame oil. Mix well. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tablespoon water and set aside. Put meat mixture in hot frying pan and cook for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, onion, and carrot and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil then add cornstarch mixture. Boil again and allow liquid to evaporate. Serve over rice, garnished with egg slices.
