Korean - Seasoned Potatoes (Kamjanamul)

Ingredients
|
- 2 Large Potatoes -- french fry cut
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic -- finely chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Sesame Seeds
- 2 Large Scallion -- finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

Directions
|
Put potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. When potatoes are cooked, drain and add to seasoning mix. Mix well and serve.
