Korean   -   Seasoned Potatoes (Kamjanamul)   adapted from Traditional Korean Cooking by Chung Hea Han

  • 2 Large Potatoes -- french fry cut
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Large Scallion -- finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
Directions Put potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. When potatoes are cooked, drain and add to seasoning mix. Mix well and serve.
