Korean - Spiced Crab Soup (Denjang Jiege Keh)

Ingredients

- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Miso
- 1 Teaspoon Hot Chili Powder
- 1 Inch Ginger -- finely chopped
- 1 Small Onion -- sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Pound Crab -- chopped
- 1 Small Zucchini -- sliced

Directions
|
Put the water and bean paste into a pan and simmer over low heat, covered, for 15 minutes. Now add all the other ingredients and cook for 15 minutes more. Serve in 4 bowls with rice.
