Korean   -   Steamed Meatloaf   adapted from The Korean Kitchen by Copeland Marks

  • 1 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
  • 1 Small Carrot -- finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Medium Eggs -- lightly beaten
  • 1/4 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Scallion -- finely chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions Mix everything together. Put mixture into a loaf pan and either steam in a Chinese steamer for 25 minutes or bake in a 400 degee oven for 25 minutes.
