Latvian   -   Latvian Sauerkraut Soup   adapted from Taste of Latvia by Siri Lise Doub

  • 5 Cups Beef Broth
  • 2 Cups Sauerkraut -- Drained
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 6 Small Potatoes -- Cubed And Cooked
Directions Bring broth and sauerkraut to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add sour cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Add potatoes and bring to a serving temperature. Serve.
