Ingredients

- 5 Cups Beef Broth
- 2 Cups Sauerkraut -- Drained
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 6 Small Potatoes -- Cubed And Cooked
|

Directions
|
Bring broth and sauerkraut to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add sour cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Add potatoes and bring to a serving temperature. Serve.
