Ingredients

- 1 Pound Split Peas
- 2 Pounds Pork -- Cubed
- 1 Large Carrot -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Barley
- 3 Medium Potatoes -- Cubed
- 10 Cups Beef Broth

Directions
|
Bring peas, pork, carrot, onion and barley to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour. Add potatoes and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with rye bread.
