Lebanese - Makhloota (Bean And Grain Soup)

Ingredients
|
- 1 Cup Chickpeas -- Cooked
- 1 Cup Black Beans -- Cooked
- 1/2 Cup Lentils
- 9 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Bulgur
- 1/4 Cup Rice
- 1 Large Onion -- Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Directions
|
Bring lentils to a boil in the stock. Add bulgur and rice, simmer for 30 minutes. Saute onions in oil until well browned. Add chickepea, beans, onions and their oil to the lentils. Cover and simmer for 20 more minutes. Season with salt and serve.
